Why is there a $25 convenience fee when you’re using my bank account number. That’s a rip off.

The merchant doesn't
The merchant doesn't accept payments thru quickbooks so by pressing the 'pay now' button I have frozen the funds and have to wait 30 days to get the credit back. This is terrible. QB should be able to cancel the transaction on their end.

I want to not have t
I want to not have to request it be changed for credit card payment as the original invoice is sent just with the option of direct withdrawal from my bank account. Both options should be available to avoid this confusion.
