All invoices are not
All invoices are not MONTHLY INVOICES. Do businesses have an option for subject heading like, "extra work" or "additional maintenance"? If so, is it easy to use. Extra invoices for charges other than MONTHLY INVOICES get lost int eh shuffle. Also, can Businesses put their own business name in the subject line? I recommend that. Otherwise, I think I 've clicked on and paid all the " monthly inovcies" so I start deleting them...things get dropped unless they are individualized. Quickbooks end up being a user UNFRIENDLY service for the customer.

I have to pay two companies via the QB "method" and I absolutely hate it. In fact the next time I have to pay this company it will be by check in person. I do not understand why you can't save my info when you keep saying you can!!!!
