Oh you want your money!!! I’ve been doing business with you for 10 years and expected your company to be better than this. I don’t really feel I owe you anything. If you had inspected it a year or so ago it would not have been in such bad shape. I have been a good customer and your company has let me down.

payment plans, and tell the truth about cost, I feel I over paid for sure. I think the deception about back pay was unfair and misleading. I did get an increase, but I believe other companies do the same and I regret not shopping around.
