    First I do not receive invoices each month only a reminder later, then today you want payment for one of three you didn't send me, then you take the total for all three and give me a damn zip file instead of three separate receipts. The system is terrible and has been for years.

  15. i was aware of the f

    i was aware of the fee for debit and credit payment, however it gave a bank xfer option which i selected and paid w/o the fee. now it still says i owe $10. this is quite annoying and was NOT mentioned as the fee was applicable for it.

    I just paid thru Apple Pay and selected bank instead of credit card to not get the credit card fee but was still charged. I would have preferred sending a check had I known the fee would apply.
