You need to add a notes section so the payer can add a note for reasoning surrounding edited charge.

Charging $25.00 for
Charging $25.00 for an electronic check and using a credit card, seems a bit steep. Is there a way to mail the payment in to avoid these high fees?

I received an invoic
I received an invoice for $3105, but only needed to pay $1500 because the work hadn't been completed yet. After entering my account and routing number I went to pay but the only option I saw was a big green button that said PAY $3105...but no option to modify that amount. Well, after 20 minutes of searching and 2 phone calls I finally figured out how to modify the payment amount. It's a link at the very very top of the payment screen next to the amount of the invoice...in super small, very light grey print...it's like you make it…
