   I paid my bill. Now I have an automatically created QuickBooks account! Ummmmmm, NO, I didn't want that. And....it's an Intuit account with my email and cell phone number that is the same (but doesn't intergrate with) my turbotax intuit account. What a mess!

6. The Remember My Bank

   The Remember My Bank Account toggle was off. I clicked the button to pay, but it returned an error because my phone number wasn't filled in. I filled it in, and resubmitted, but the toggle was now set to remember my bank account info, which I do not want.
   1) Don't trick the user by showing the toggle off, then enabling it.
   2) Mark required fields as required.
