The $25 convenience
The $25 convenience fee is excessive, especially considering it's a direct bank transfer. Even for a credit card transaction I'd consider it excessive.

This company is fabulous. They are efficient, communicative, but most of all caring. My thanks to each and all, but especially Kim, who accepted my off-hours frantic calls and seemed more a friend than just our mover. I met the 2 cool guy
