I need the invoice generated at the first of every month. I always have to wait for the business to send me the invoice and it’s always well into the month

I don't know if this is something that can be changed or not in the settings for the business (using quickbooks) or not, but Often times, when I receive an invoice for over $90, I cannot pay it. The system wants to force me to make two separate payments. This is somewhat misleading... and EXTREMELY annoying!

I do not like puttin
I do not like putting my bank info in every month. You should have that on record. The more times it is entered the more times the fraudulent creeps can access.
