6. The invoice does not load. 30 minutes later, try again. invoice won't load. Later that day, same. Fix the problem don't keep asking us.

8. Make it so it works.

   It needs to actually work. The green circle just spins and spins and never advances to the payment page. I’ve tried five times over several days, won’t work. Happened a few months ago also.
