4. If a company sends a

   If a company sends an invoice through Quickbooks, I should be able to import it directly with all information into my quickbooks and then the payment should be recorded as I make payment. It's all operating through your software interface, but still we need to enter it manually. Kind of ridiculous considering what you charge for annual fees and the fact that it has gone up 300% in 4 years.

    We should receive more advance notices ahead of the due date. Also, there should be a notation within the request for payment specifically stating what we are paying for. Not every payment request from this merchant is for the same reason.
