Give us an EASILY FOUND customer support number to contact for support! And when we get there give us someone with the knowledge to help fix the problem!

Give me a logout button on the payment confirmation screen.
I created a new account and saved my card information. I paid the invoice. At that point there was no navigation option except to download the invoice or receipt. Give me a logout option.

It would help if I could access the site. When I push pay bottom or sign in to site it goes into a loop and doesn’t let me pay.
Looks like I am not the only one with the problem. I have to write a check and mail in. What advantage is that.

I can not open the statement to pay ! I have the same issue with another vendor using Quickbooks !!!

Every time I try the circle just keeps going round and round and never brings up the site.
Improve your capacity because it is a joke. Impossible to get in just keeps going in circles circles circles. You can get the PDF but you can’t make a payment what good is that for the company as the rely on you?
