WTF are you doing ch
WTF are you doing charging a massive convenience fee when I'm required to use a bank account?! I'd understand a small credit card fee, but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Next time I will pay the business in cash. It's much more "convenient" to go to the bank and save $25

When there are multiple invoices, the option to pay in one transaction should be readily available. I had to do four separate transactions of $35 each. Not happy about that.

I did not give permission to pay both invoices. The user interface said I was paying a specific about and then it charged me for both invoices at the say time.

I was paying a ONE TIME bill and was set up with an account which also saved my credit card information. I did not request this! Do NOT save peoples information without them requesting it to be done!

The system doesn't accept my phone number for verification, I am from Poland and we have country code +48 and 9 digits, but system demands +48 and ten digits. I can't make payment because of that. What can I do about it?
