YOU GUYS NEED TO FIGURE OUT A RESPECTFUL WAY TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER OPTOIN ON PROCEESSING. AS AN INTUIT CUSTOMER I AM OFFENDED HOW HARD IT IS TO GIVE A FAIR FUCKIGN PAYMENT OPTION. MAKE THE PAYMENT LINK WORK IN A WAY SO THAT THE BUSINESS GETS THE AMOUNT INVOICED, AND THE CUSTOMER HAS DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR DIFFERENT PRICING.

Why do you not allow
Why do you not allow me to SELECT A DATE for the payment to be withdrawn from my bank??? I want to schedule a FUTURE payment date at MY convenience, NOT YOURS. This Intuit program is NOT friendly!!!

I wish I knew that using my credit card would cost me a fee (make it very obvious and clear). I did not know that and paid almost $200 more when I did not have to.

It was a terrible ex
It was a terrible experience it took me 8 tries to get it done and when I called for help they couldn't help. It also would have been helpful if they could speak ENGLISH.

This needs a "pay la
This needs a "pay later" option. I want to be able to set up payments for when I'm sure my paycheck will arrive. It's a big inconvenience not to have that option available.

very frustrating - takes too much time to create an account and wait for a code. Will the code be emailed or texted to me? I don't see it either way.

I pressed the button that very clearly says "PAY $12,500" but your flawed system went ahead and paid all three invoices totaling over $70,000. This is a HUGE violation of fiduciary responsibility on your part! I will never use your "Pay Here" system again if I can help it!

I authorized one inv
I authorized one invoice for $ 1,100.00 but their system charged me old invoice which where not authorized by myself. Never has this happen with QB before - maybe the vendors error

The default option i
The default option is for quickbooks to store my payment information. It requires action on my part for this NOT to happen. That should not be the case.
Also, my receipt for a recent payment was a zip file. This is strange. It should not be a zip file.1 vote -
