  1. There was no way to

    There was no way to pay by credit card (not visible or easily found), even though that was offered as a payment method. Certainly not all people have thousands of dollars in a checking account to pay for emergency home repairs.

    Sign in is tied to Intuit, which is tied to our Turbo Tax account, which doesn't have my phone number, therefore I can't get a security code. I have to pay as Guest which is not as easy.
