Business should have
Business should have indicated on the original invoice that there was an online convince fee, it only popped up after payment was made. There was no information on how to cancel the payment. Very poor product from Quickbooks.

I liked the paying p
I liked the paying process. It was very easy. Thank you very much. I especially liked the "confirmation"that it was me paying by using a phone message that had a code that I needed use as a reponse. Thank you again.

Send a credit card link on the original billing. It saves customers the time of not having to call.

I was not aware ther
I was not aware there is a online convenience fee for paying from my own bank. This should be very clear with a warning before the payment is executed. This seems very predatory.

The email showing th
The email showing the "Sender eMail Address" from the "biller" is the same for several of the people with whom I do business. Therefore, my email shows all bills originating from a vendor using Intuit as coming from a single one of them. Example, all of the Intuit generated emails that I receive show as coming from my HOA in Connecticut.
