1. How about you let me pay invoices with my credit card? Unable to pay!

   I have been trying to pay an invoice for 4 DAYS with my CC! This process is impossible! Have to find another way!

2. Main page needs a way to change payment method

   If you log in, and already made a payment, there does not seem to be anyway to change the payment method.

   BTW, I need to do this because the card was expired, but the error message did not state so. I paid without login, then when I log in, I cant change the payment.

6. Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.

13. I would like, as a customer, to be able to change credit cards or at least update them.

    I'm facing this issue now. Need to update the card w new expiration date and have to bother the vendor to do it because I cant do it myself

    After using this program for several years, it seems that I am having trouble logging into the payment page. I fix the problem but it re occurs.
    Start a support site for users to log into to find fixes for “bugs”.
