  1. Make it easier for international customers to pay

    The Quickbooks invoice payment form that one of your customers has sent to me is unresponsive. Your form does not react to what I am typing so I can not complete my bank details. I not sure why and would be grateful if you could help me fix it. FYI I am in the UK and have been sent a QuickBooks invoice by a service provider in the USA.

  7. Automatically charge credit card at invoice due date

    I have many customers that want me to charge their credit card when their term (NET 30) is due. I currently have to make a note in the account "charge at NET 30". I then have to look at every customers account that has a balance and see if this is stated in the account notes, then I receive the payment. It's very cumbersome and time consuming.

  8. Estimate Number changes when it is converted to Invoice

    I have payment plans set up for customers and they get confused because the estimate number differs from the invoice number. Is there a way it can stay the same without me having to manually do it?

  12. Card number entry problem

    When entering a credit card, for each 4 numbers, the cursor would jump to the front of the first entry. EX attempting to enter 1234, results in the entry of 2341. Makes it VERY difficult to actually use.

  13. Ability to edit automatic statements for clients

    We need to be able to edit our statements to clients, we currently have an automatic statement going out monthly, but I cannot stop it. Please help me end the automatic statements or allow me to edit to show only past due balances.

  16. Add other Quickbooks users with a code like bill.com

    There should be an option to add customers or vendors that also use Quickbooks like Bill.com. That way they can import the company name, tax id, and billing information to their account with a code or invitation.

    Please Please STOP with the PDF downloads! They should only exist IF someone specifically sets up or requests one. Every time I make a payment, I end up with 2 blank pdfs in my folder. WTF
