4. Visa Gift Card

   Using visa gift cards to pay online balances, they’re already like a debit card, I just can’t transfer the card to my bank and it would be nice in the case of paying off balances when someone gifts you one of these cards versus cash or a check, besides most people don’t gift cash or checks anymore because it’s 2020. Intuit needs to get with the times, very outdated in my opinion.

5. Where's Shipping Address Column

   When choosing which columns to display, when viewing the customer's "Transaction List" Tab, you used to have an option to click a box to display the "Shipping Address" as one of the column choices. Please reinstate this option.

   Being in the building industry, each of our customers have multiple job addresses, where we have to deliver our equipment. Some projects linger for months, with others are quick. Since many "Jobs" overlap, displaying the shipping address, is the most precise way to locate, a site. The customer always identifies their needs by the job site a.k.a. Shipping Address. We need to find service history by the job site address they provide when requesting repeat service at a particular site.

13. Both direct debit from bank account and Paypal options were removed - can no longer pay my bill.

    Quick books continues to change payment options. Used to be able to pay with direct bank account debit, now that is no longer an option. They then offered Paypal - I paid with PayPal for two billing cycles, now that isnt offered. Terrible customer service.
