3. Several sequential invoice numbers

   Si uno tiene una compañía que vende en dos ubicaciones diferentes, el software te debería permitir llevar dos numeraciones diferentes que el software lleva automáticamente. Actualmente solo se puede llevar una numeración secuencial de forma automática y las otras hay que hacerlo manualmente. Esto se presta para muchos errores. Igual si tienes que llevar dos formatos de factura, uno para cada localización, este software no te lo permite, solo puedes predeterminar un formato y el segundo debes cambiarlo manualmente. Esto es un lío y pienso que cómo será si tienes diez localizaciones ? Uno no puede crear 10 compañías para manejar esto. Es una sola compañía con 10 sitios en donde vende. La suscripción te permite hasta 5 usuarios diferentes, pero no te permite llevar dos localizaciones diferentes ni 5

6. Immediate payment options

   Other options that doesn’t require keying in personal identifiable information. PayPal, cash app, or confirming whether this information is masked upon entry. I work in fraud & just want to know that I’m safe.. Thanks so much..

10. Allowing the billing field to be editable without auto-filling the customer name into the billing field of the invoice

    Many companies now use a separate billing company that is different from the main customer, so it is a bit frustrating when you are trying to have the billing address be a separate name when QuickBooks automatically fills in the field with the customer name.
    For example, if the customer is ABC Ice Cream, however their billing company is XYZ Billing, when you are in the invoice, you want the billing field to only state "XYZ Billing, and the address." Unfortunately QuickBooks automatically inputs the customer name as well, so you end up with ABC Ice Cream

    Even if you delete the customer name, it comes right back. This can cause issues when submitting invoices as the billing companies have their own rules and often do not like accepting an invoice that looks like it is not to them. This should be a simple fix in QuickBooks that can save many headaches for businesses.

    I'm not happy giving out bank info. Doesn't QB have an address or email that can be used to send a zelle pmt?

13. Include attachments in invoice link

    Include the attachments to be able to be seen in the link created for the invoice. The link is awesome continue to grow that. Very nice feature. It constantly updates for any changes for every one to see which is nice

    To streamline orders and eliminate the need for DocuSign; please create a feature that would request/require the customer to, accept terms of payment and or verify the accuracy of an invoice/estimate meeting their requirements and that they accept the terms They would click on a button or link, which would send notification to the sender providing them with confirmation of acceptance of terms

    This would provide the QuickBooks subscriber with a confirmation document to protect them should a legal argument be needed, for an unpaid invoice.

    This would save me hours every week, adding up to possible days in a month, weeks in a quarter or months in a year of manhours.
    
    I currently do so much double entering of information because I don't have integration between programs to give me piece of mind and protection. requiring the customer to provide confirmation of:
    Acceptance of terms of payment
    Authorizing me to charge card on file if additional charges are incurred
    Approving the order prior to services being provided.
