I took several tries to set up my account. I clicked on set up account and was sent to a blank page twice. It took 3 tries to complete the process.

$288 to change 1 led that should not have failed is outrageous. Less than 10minutes of work. This is a huge overcharge for your efforts!

No 4% fee for credit
No 4% fee for credit card payment, just factor that into your price ( 312.00 for basic with chlorine) or make a ach transfer option available

Why can't i see past
Why can't i see past invoices I have paid to this company? I have an account and login and there is no way (that I can find) to see what I've paid in the past. This then requires me to keep my own accounting logs, download invoices and receipts, etc.
