I have to make about
I have to make about 5 clicks to actually view the invoice which is 4 too many. I need to look at it before paying it so this is making me do work that I do not want to do. Thanks.

Charging $25.00 for a convenience fee is absolutely a slap in the face for all people who get your bill. It is price gouging.

It was a pain to fig
It was a pain to figure out my routing number and account number etc. Not convenient. If you accepted PayPal like many vendors do, I would be able to pay you with a click or two.

I was told a thermo
I was told a thermo cupler would be put on one day when close by our house with time. Also think the flame should burn stronger/ higher. But that may happen with new parts.

after I have told your system I'm going to pay with a credit card, and I fill out all of the information, I expect to see the pay or submit button next not options for other ways to pay. I understand offering them but they should be after the pay or submit button not before forcing the customer to wonder how can I pay if I'm not using PayPal or venmo.
