Many people have sep
Many people have separate agreements/contracts that need to be attached to the Invoice. Please make it easy for people to do that. My contractor tried several things and the agreement docs never attached to the Invoice.

If not paying by credit card, allow for the credit card fee to automatically get removed.

Drop the convenience
Drop the convenience fee. Customers shouldn’t have to pay you extra money just to pay you. It’s like paying for a fork at a restaurant. Sends the wrong message.

I feel the convenience fee of $25 is ridiculous. I chose bank transfer to save the person from cc fees, and pay them quicker than mailing check!

Put a phone number and email on your invoices. Some people don't have or know how to use a computer even in this day and age and the personal relationships we foster build our businesses. Very Important.
