I did a direct withdrawal from my bank account which was supposed to be the lesser amount of $1775, but it still shows I owe $63. It was a bit clunky to change the amount I was paying too, but THAT i figured out.

The use of credit and debit cards
I don’t use checks anymore. I always use debit 75%, PayPal or Venmo 20% and credit10%. I do not give my banking routing# or acct number out for security reasons

I refuse to pay $ 25 processing fee for an e-check and specially
not disclosing it before selecting the form of payment.
This is stealing . Bad Karma from QuickBooks and it look bad for the vendor. I will request a credit from the vendor1 vote -

I did not use credit
I did not use credit card, therefore no additional fee applies. I paid by check. But it shows balance, though I paid entire amount less credit card fee since I paid via check.

How do I turn off th
How do I turn off the online payment options? We do not use ACH bank payments or credit cards. The fee shows up after the invoice has been sent, so I have to edit the invoice and send it with a letter of explanation to the customer.
