Have more ready access to prior invoices and payments to the account concerned. Find a way to include the name of the payee in the invoice in your data that goes to the vehicle the payor is using, eg, Amex. [I spent way too long to search for the name on the invoice to no avail.] Allow equally ready access to all prior payments to all payees by me, as payor. Thank you.,
