Service call fee wasn't discussed before tech showed up my address, here 15 minutes to patch leaking rusted water pipe & 3 days later indicated to busy to repair, suggested another Plummer. Another quote from his referral $85.00 cash paid & 3 days later, I contacted him & too busy to repair.
