When I get to the Payment page, I do not see the name of the Company and, therefore, do not know who to bill. That forces me to research that separately. Please include To/From info on any webpage so that we can easily track which company is being billed.

Too many steps. Link everything so I don't have to fill out the forms each time.
Where is the "log on" button hidden. Make it prominent so it takes only 1 step to pay the bill. Put it on the "invoice" page so one doesn't have to hunt for it. Zelle is much easier.1 vote -

It wouldn't let me pay the exact amount it had to be a cent less and if you have multiple invoices from the same contractor/supplier you should have the option to pay all.

Every time I pay SW
Every time I pay SW Complete Lawns, whether by direct bank withdrawal or credit card, Intuit informs me that my payment information cannot be saved because I am already linked to another Intuit account. I do not understand this. I used Intuit to pay other vendors in the past, but currently SW is the only one.
