    if I'm trying to pay my bill why do I have to verify it's me? That's just dumb & makes me go thru an extra PITA step. If it's not me & they want to pay my bill, let them, WTF?

    $25 fees is crazy and should be illegal! Big corporations are getting anything and everything out of true small businesses that they can while they make millions a year! I’ve been paying the rent and NNN fees for my store for 9 years and never had these fees until last month! I’ve had it with all of these fees!

    I'm having to pay double this month. I paid for the month of June. It went through on the 18th I have a receipt on my PayPal from it. So I'm not happy about thar. I haven't missed a month yet. I've been late but haven't missed a month completely
