I had a credit after
I had a credit after the first payment, (rounded up down payment to next hundred), credit was not attributed to final bill. I paid final bill using the credit but quick books receipt shows a remaining balance of the credit amount.

Time is money - save me time. I’d rather pay you once, after u arrive, perform the service you’re asking to be paid for, plus charge me for whatever other service(s) were performed that same day. I only have to take the time out ONCE to pay you, after services have been rendered. Save my time. Save money.

Paying with a credit card should be one of the options to select from.

given the drastic in
given the drastic increases in pricing year over year, a much more detail invoice is required so that business can determine how and why prices are changing. I would envision a detailed invoice that shows the cost breakdown by tax form prepared.
