Send a bill in the mail to make payment or office location to pay in person. 25.00 $ convenience fee to pay online is outrageous. Very unhappy about that.

We only had 3 visits
We only had 3 visits last month not 4 as usual. We should have had an assessment payment and not full payment. This application doesn't have a modification for that.

I couldn't change my password for my Intuit account. I spent over 45 minutes trying to make the password change with no luck and no help from Intuit. sham on Intuit for a poorly designed customer UI!

to pay this, i was forced to click on a link in an email. i would prefer to be able to log on to intuit.com with my email address and see the invoice there. docusign lets me do this and intuit invoices should be no different. please let me avoid phishing scams.

Terrible way to pay.
Terrible way to pay. Went through 10 minutes trying to simply pay with my existing credit card that I have ben using for at least two years for this pool service. Still haven’t figured out this new crazy system. Will tell pool service not to use this.

I can't sign up, I can't recover my account because I don't have one, and why the hell won't you let me paste my account number from my password manager? Give me a way to talk to a human so I can actually set up an account and stop pretending you're smarter than my ability to copy a number in one window and paste it into another.
