    I don't recall getting this bill. Perhaps it was in my email and went to the wrong file or I overlooked it. I would prefer that I be sent a paper copy of future invoices as I like to think I never miss payment of a bill and get charged a penalty.

    I am very disatisfied with the online interaction. So much so that I seriously considering canceling me water service at Alpine Village.
    I had suscribed to automatic payment three months ago and yet here I am being charged with a late fee.
