I use different cred
I use different credit card to pay the invoices. You do NOT show the last 4 digits of the credit card of the card used on the downloaded receipt which is a problem. If I print the screen shot of the "success" payment it shows the card used but truncates the confirmation number which is pretty useless. Somebody at Quickbooks either has not thought this out very well or didn't bother to back test it.

I don't understand the phrase ``This merchant doesn't accept American Express'' does that mean Quickbooks or the SCdeSV. If it means the former, please arrange to accept Amex; if it means the latter, please press SCdeSV to accept Amex.1 vote -
When clicking on my
When clicking on my contractor's invoice (with whom I do business regularly) why not recognize me as having an account? The way things currently stand, from my email I click my contractor's link to submit payment, and I'm directed to a page that clearly doesn't realized I'm already a client myself. I then have to look up and manually enter the bank account info--which is my primary account directly tied to my QBO account. This could and should be much simpler

I couldn't log in, did not receive text to confirm ID, could not change password, and link to other ways to log in were not functional. So, I was locked out without options.

Your system tried fo
Your system tried forcing me to use a passkey and I want to use a password like I always have. I spent over an hour trying login and get to a sign on screen, then it wanted me to change my pass word. Then I found my debit card number had been changed. Why don't you put a BIG ALERT up to let payer know their card has expired. I'm probably going back to paying by check if this damn forced pass key stays in your system and I will also tell other people not to pay by intuit as…
