I need supplies when
I need supplies when I order them. I don't need to wait 3-4 days just for you to verify payment. And I don't need sluggish post office shipping. And, my clients have to wait as well....ridiculous.

I use print to pdf i
I use print to pdf instead of paper to save receipts and the web boxes are not consistent or static when printing to pdf resulting in text that is cut off. Also the download receipt feature does not display what last 4 digits of the card were used.

As a blind person us
As a blind person using a screen reader, I was surprised by the difficulty of the payment process. The buttons for selecting the payment method did not have text labels. Likewise the checkboxes for submitting my feedback did not have text labels. I expected that QuickBooks would have better compliance with ADA requirements. There is no icon for
There is no icon for logging into my Intuit account on these invoices anymore and so each time I must enter my credit card information. Then when I try to save the information for the future, it says I cannot do so because my information is already linked to an Intuit Account. Duh! Give me a link on the invoice to log into my account!

you need to allow me
you need to allow me to COPY AND PASTE my account info. would be less errors. I was allowed to copy/paste the first acct# but would not allow the 2nd/confirmation to be done that way. just stupid on your part.

I did not receive an
I did not receive any bill or the like until the day after it was due, making me feel guilty for being late even though I'm otherwise never late (I always pay early). At least 3 days of notice is recommended. Otherwise, payment was easy enough and friendly as well since no Recaptcha or the like was involved.
