Send invoices out proactively
Send invoices out proactively so that everyone doesn't have to individually email requesting a link. Statements were sent out late and by the time they were received, there was barely enough mail time without being accessed a penalty. I received my invoice on 1/4 (the next day was Sunday) and payment was due by 1/10.

I cannot log into my Intuit account because of a forgotten password and forgotten hint -- your phone number support phone tree does not offer any help on web credentials. Help!

Provide a method to have receipts emailed as well.
I am not sure but if one can just enter their email address to have their paid invoice/receipt sent to them would be a big plus to me. But again that feature could be already there and I just do not know about it. Thought I would just put it out there. Thanks.

Include Month of Service on Invoice & Receipt
Please include month and dates the property has been serviced. It is understood that in the winter monrhs mowing is not required...but it would be appreciated and appropriate for your crew would still edge and blow leaves and debris off sidewalks and driveways.

Add a confirmation step before final payment
When making payment there should be a screen that shows what $amount you are paying From which account and an approval required "ARE YOU SURE" BEFORE payment is posted

Please show the date of service on the invoice. All it shows now is due date and date paid.
Please show the date of service on an invoice. Currently all I see is the date it is due and the date I pay. For my records, I would like to see what date of service I am paying for.

Access past invoices
Since I've created an account, I'd expect to be able to access any of the invoices I've paid in the past. There are no links to anything once I've paid my invoice.

Give option for credit card info to remain hidden and from view.
Please allow option to keep my credit card info hidden. I don’t like leaving it in full view and always prefer this option.
