More feedback if there is an error
I tried multiple times to pay with my business checking account and it wouldn't go thru for 2 separate invoices. Had to use my personal checking account in the end. It was a frustrating process to have no reason why it was an issue and to keep trying.

send the invoice to the correct email address
I see that I am not alone in the problem of emails sent to the wrong address. I cannot pay a bill that I never receive.

Need an option to save card on file (autopay)
A box that says "save your car don file?" you select the box and then the vendor receives a notification that the customer's card is not saved on file. Square invoices have this option.

Keep my info so I don’t have to loook it up every time. That’s. All.

Auto pay
Auto pay would be the easiest for me.

Make it so the amount to be paid matches the amount due
I always have to look at the invoice and type in the actual amount due, which is always less than what I'm prompted to pay by default. For some reason the credits to my account on the invoice never are reflected on the landing page. Attached are the invoice and the screenshot showing the amount due = "new charges" not "total due".

Please accept payment from health savings accounts debit cards (e.g. Connect Your Care and Payflex).

The receipt needs to have a date on it!
Put a DATE on the receipt so I know when I paid it! This is really bad, guys. Makes this receipt almost useless.
Also, it would be nice to have the work description on the receipt, not just the invoice number.4 votes -

It is a terrible idea to only permitting clicking on email to pay
It is just an invitation for fraud to encourage your billed customers to click on entries in their emails. This is the most common method for spoofing web sites. Instead you should include a textual URL in addition to the "Click to pay" button for people to cut and paste into their browsers. Or encourage your customers to ask people to go to their web sites for the pay button. Anything other but what you currently do would be better.
