paypal and authentication
I don't like to share my account information online if it can be avoided. QuickBooks should be more sensitive to that than most, since you handle a lot of online financial transactions! I hate the idea of entering my check account information and not having it authenticated—anyone I've ever paid with a check could just go spend my money! I also don't like having to take the time to go find my checkbook every time I want to pay something. Almost everyone else lets me use PayPal, which is much more secure and much more convenient. I don't know why YOU don't. And now that I've gone back and looked through past comments, I see that you have hundreds and hundreds of requests for you to permit PayPal payments. It's very likely the most common request you've received. So why do you keep asking for feedback from us if you ignore it, even when it's proven to be highly desired?
