Fix the Save payment method
Just fix the Save Payment Method problem. Then include in instructions how to SAVE IT! Very frustrating to re-enter bank info every time. Where’s the box to click to Save the method?

Your invoice should include the period covered by the invoice. I received two invoices for September invoice # 3103 should have had a due date of 9/30 but had 9/16. This can cause confusion to your customers since I received a “reminder” that my bill had not been paid.

Make actions more clear for next step
After clicking the confirm button for making a credit card payment, nothing seemed to happen. I had to call the office to find out that the next step was to receive an email to complete the payment.
Please add a message to indicate the next step after confirming.

Add column for quantity x days x rate. For instance If I have 1 widget, that I use for 3 days I dont want to send a bill for 3 for 1 day
For instance If I have 1 widget, that I use for 3 days I dont want to send a bill for 3. I need the client to be able to see 1 widget, for 3x days x rate (per day) = Total

Include the invoice number with the previous paid activity
Always include the invoice numbers that were paid when referencing an applied payment

Accept Navia FSA on behalf of your clients(childcare centers)
I have tried many times to pay with my FSA card, but am told the payment vendor is not licensed for "this type of card"...which seems odd for such a payment centric company as Quickbooks/Quicken...I may have to drop the childcare portion of my contributions, or the FSA entirely, since I seemingly can't actually use it to pay for a benefit I am supposed to be eligible for through my employer(who says it should be doable...)

Send me a bill via the postal service. I rarely read my emails.
I rarely read my emails, and if I get a bill by email I may open it in the middle of the night and not have my checkbook handy. Then it gets buried in a sea of emails by the time I open my emails again. I like my bills via the postal service.

if paid through qb, I should be able import bill and payment
I was invoiced by somebody else using quickbooks. I paid while logged in to quickbooks but there is no record to be imported about this transaction. It would be nice, if it was imported automatically in to my accounts.

make click of "credit" button NOT erase other fields
I entered my credit card info, name, expiration date, CVV, etc, and then clicked credit since it was a credit card Then it erased my info and made me reenter it. Please don't make your customers reenter info.

Show balance due, especially a zero balance due
Often a receipt showing a ZERO balance is required. This receipt does not show the balance, or that nothing is due - much less a zero balance. i will need to go the the payee to get the zero balance receipt, an extra time consuming step that would not be necessary if the quickbooks receipt would show zero balance

Allowing the ability to set up autopay without calling in.
I know there's the option for autopay, but I don't like calling customer service when I can do it myself
