Our appointment was finally confirmed on Saturday 9.10 after 6pm @ night. The appointment was setup up for Sunday 9.11@ 5:30pm. Even though it Labor Day weekend and I just received my 7th email about paying the bill asap. Horrible

Why do you need to authenticate to just pay a bill? Why do I need to enter my CVV every time? What malicious activity are you preventing with all these dumb extra steps to just pay the bill?

Be honest about pricing. Work was 1 hour 42 minutes I paid you for 2 hours with tax. I never was told about or approved apprentic electric
Be honest about what your going to charge a customer. When I could not pay the day work was done I knew I better check the time and mark down what I was told I would be charged for. They charged for 2 hours even though it was really a stretch because it was only a loose wire replace one plug and check the ring device and they stretched it out to almost 2 hours one when I would normally take less than an hour. Add more payment methods
The only option being a bank account is not ideal. It would be nice to have the option of credit card or Venmo/PayPal.

Add an option to email pdf of the paid invoice to others.
After the customer pays an invoice, they will see an option to email a pdf of the paid invoice.

Autopay cycle should reflect frequency as well (weekly - every x week)
When a customer signs up for autopay they should be informed of the cycle and frequency. The page only displays the cycle name (weekly/biweekly/monthly), but it should additionally state the frequency. Customers are afraid to commit to the autopay without this additional information.
example:
- weekly every 3 weeks

Include last digits of of bank account in receipt
Web page shows last 4 digits of bank account when I pay a bill, but receipt no longer does this. Please put back the last 4 digits of the bank account in the receipt, so I can keep track of which account I used to pay my bill.

You should be able to customize your view on the list of invoices. For example, there is an option on the invoice to add a DESCRIPTION. You should be able to customize your view of the list of invoices by adding a column for DESCRIPTIONS. I want to see the description of my invoices quickly on my list of invoices. I have clients that have specific names for the jobs I do for them and I add them to the description of the job. I want to see this when I pull up the list of invoices for this specific…

Let me PASTE INTO YOUR FORMS you've disallowed it
You've deliberately disabled paste on account numbers and other areas. I have a password manager WHAT ARE YOU THINKING. By disabling paste you don't make it more secure you make it LESS SECURE.

Chrome shows insecure.
Concerned about the Intuit invoice portal as through Chrome it shows insecure. It gives a hacker alert through Chrome when I go to pay my invoice. I used Edge instead where it does not show that alert but that does not mean that the portal is not still vulnerable to attack. Cyber-attacks continue to rise and everyone in and related to the payment processing world needs to step up the security, so we all do not get hacked using the portal.

Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made.
Many online services from Clover and Square allow you to setup monthly payments on specific dates. I would like QB to also offer this basic option.
