Be honest about what your going to charge a customer. When I could not pay the day work was done I knew I better check the time and mark down what I was told I would be charged for. They charged for 2 hours even though it was really a stretch because it was only a loose wire replace one plug and check the ring device and they stretched it out to almost 2 hours one when I would normally take less than an hour. I was never told that I was have to pay separately for an apprentice to come out to learn how to do his job from the electrician. I paid for what I was told I was going to be charge for and actually paid for an extra 15 minutes. The Electrican kept waiting for the motion sensor and kept accidentally setting it off so we would wait another 15 minutes. When he did it again I just said it was fine let’s move on.
