You should be able to customize your view of the list of invoices by adding a column for DESCRIPTIONS. I want to see the description of my invoices quickly on my list of invoices. I have clients that have specific names for the jobs I do for them and I add them to the description of the job. I want to see this when I pull up the list of invoices for this specific client.
