Accessible area via quickbooks site with logs of all invoices and receipts
When you log into quickbooks, next to the area where you edit your profile there should be a log of all the invoices you've received and all the receipts from the ones you've paid.

Should show the total invoice paid not just 00 balance with no amounts
When paying invoices for dues the printed invoice should show the numbers and not just balance due 00.

allow us to set a date for the payment to take place
Allow us to choose the date that the payment is made. Often the invoice comes before the due date. Let us pay on the due date!!

What’s to describe? Stop being so controlling and outdated. I should be able to pre-schedule a payment. That’s pretty d#$n simple.
