Improve sign-in and invoice payment
The sign in doesn't work smoothly. I am asked to sign in twice - once when I open the invoice and then again when I try to pay it. Often it tells me my sign in is wrong. I've had to change my password many times because of what seems like a problem at Intuit. Sometimes it only allows me to pay by directly accessing my bank account. Other times it permits use of a credit card which I prefer by far for online transactions. My data has never been saved, so I have to reenter each time. Believe it…

Have Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sorted by the currency they use
The option is available to add the currency to the reports but there is no option to sort by the currency so you need to break down the report into currency type by hand

Double paying the vendor using this link if tab is accidentally left open.
Seems like I can accidentally keep paying the same invoice by clicking pay now. Already did that once. Shouldn't be that way.

Your system locks up all the time. I thought we had paid the bill on July 5 but the payment must not have taken.

Allow us to pay more than one month!!!
Provide us an option to pay the invoice for multiple months!!!!! Like allow us to pay 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at a time!!! It would be much more convenient!!!!!!!!!

Format bank account name for trust
When setting up a bank account, we are asked for the first and last name associated with the account. However, many bank accounts are owned by revocable trusts and the first and last name format doesn't work for that.

Pay for multiple kids tuition at one time instead of each having a separate account
Parents should have the option of having ONE account with all kids tuition invoices on the same account. As it is, I have to have two separate accounts, and to log into each one.
