Send me an alert if payments are disputed due to bank entry error
It would be really helpful if we were sent an email alert notifying us if payments were disputed due to entry error. This would help us to address disputes in a timely manner.

I think there should be boxes for the vendor to detail the items on the bill. For example, labor and a list of all the parts.
There should be a pre-formatted template that includes labor price, number of hours worked, and details of parts.

i use check free web to pay my bills. which i prefer MUCH BETTER
than what ever system this is..with that.. THEY figure out how to pay the company (eg Hickories Estates) directly to their bank account.. how ever the company has
to somehow register in some generally accessible database because i am thinking the bill pay companies all have access to the
online direct access info.. i intend to check with the Visions FCU
bill pay administrator to see exactly what.how the do that. and
i will ask them to call you and set it up for you...1 vote -

you need to have a payment option whereby i can predate my payment of irregular amounts at irregular times to this vendor

Pay with a debit card, some of us don't have checks. It shouldn't cost a fee to use a debit card.

Email receipt of payment with description of actual work that is being paid for
During payment, should allow entering a description of what is being paid for and this should be included in the receipt and then offered to email.
