Offer 'message' option during payment (+YES, offer Paypal Option)
Offer a "message" option during payment.
That would allow us EXPLAIN certain issues, etcAND YES!!!! Offer Paypal option plz

The ACH payment, though nice that you don't charge for it, is WAY TOO SLOW to be useful. The 10 or so times I used it in 2018 before getting a private merchant server it NEVER took less than 6 days, and that's unacceptable when you need your money to eat and pay bills.
My current service generally has it to me in 2 days, so it can be done.

Print Invoice Button Should Print Professional-Looking Invoice
Print Invoice button does NOT print a professional looking receipt. Just a few lines of text. Looks like something I could easily create myself. Why doesn't this button print same receipt I receive by email??

Explanatory Text
Three times when I tried to pay a black explanatory window opened up directly on top of the boxes for card expiration date and security code, the explanation was for the security code. No matter what I tried it wouldn't go away so I had to refresh the page. Doing so meant that I again had to enter the card number. Very annoying! You must make that explanation open only when a customer wants to see it, not when your system wants to show it!!

Allow for custom columns on invoice, similar to desktop version. Client uses a column to enter the name of the person who ordered each item.

Being reminded of the payment BEFORE it is due would be nice so I can pay on time - thanks
It would be good to receive a reminder PRIOR to due date not weeks AFTER - I like paying on time but not receiving a invoice prior to due date is not common practice but its especially important around the holiday season

Copy paste of 2fa code from Google Authenticator (Android) requires me to also interact with the keyboard before I can tap the submit button
If I do a paste operation in the code field, the submit button should become enabled without a keyboard interaction

We have made two payments today where the receipt was not printed due to the program malfunction. Fix it!
A receipt with the name of the company being paid is imperative. We have made two payments today totaling thousands of dollars where the receipt was not printed due to the Intuit program malfunction. Fix it or we shall be forced to transact business by other means! We do however like the potential format in our first attempt.

link payers QB account to show invoice paid
When someone sends you a bill / invoice via their QBs, link it back to payers QB account to save data entry on the back end
