  2. Need to know when customers receive emailed invoices with a time and date stamp and many claim they did not receive the initial email.

    Hello,

    We have many clients that complain that they have not received our emailed invoice. Often, I find that it would be helpful to receive a time and date stamp to help with overdue payments.

    In my opinion, that should be automatic. In fact, if we could set it up -- SIMILAR to our electric and water bills, which are usually a different amount every month, but STILL have "automatic payment" (as an option) ... IMHO that would be EVEN BETTER!

  4. Check routing and account number before sending confirmation

    I thought my payment was made when I was sent a confirmation from quickbooks but was contacted 1 month later by the merchant that the funds never went through. Confusing when you get a confirmation email. Quickbooks should check that the routing and account will work before sending confirmation.

  7. It would be helpful if you number your invoices.

    My bookkeeper has requested many times that I ask your company to put invoice numbers on your invoices. It helps keep things straight on our end.

    Your software does not work with Mac OS Safari. I received a link from a vendor which lead to a null page. Worked when I switched to Firefox.

  11. Add "American Express" to your invoices - It is only displayed on your web payment page.

    Your payment page on your portal displays American Express as an accepted card but the attached PDF invoice does not list it.

  12. Instead of having the due date the same date that the invoice is sent have sent out 7-15 before it is due.

    See above. In addition please use one email address for all your correspondence with me. I receive at least three different sender addresses regarding my business payroll and taxes. This makes it difficult and time consuming to search for emails that you have sent. I, like everyone these days, get way to many emails. The above would make it much easier to stay on top of all the emails you send me. Thank you!

  17. Quicker bank transfer/credit card payment into business account

    I get paid on the 1st and 15th of every month as a 1099 "employee" but it takes 3 days to even get paid via credit card and even longer, about a week, for a bank transfer. For awhile it was easier to have a check written to me, but this became an issue when I started working for one company instead of multiple because the bank would put a hold on most of the check because I would use the ATM & not go inside. Cashing my check was impossible at my bank because it was not the same…

  19. Improve your Email Address

    I accidentally deleted my email invoice because I thought it was spam from the address. While waiting for my invoice to come, I looked at my home mailbox and my emails. It wasn’t until today that I made a thorough search through my deleted emails and put in the word ‘“handy” that I finally found it. I wish that your address had been more descriptive.
