Save my card
I would like it to save my card. It’s terrible to have to enter it every time

Don't hide the cdn for the payment web page.
I had to go to the login page to find the cdn and enable javascript for it. Only after that did the payment page work. No, I did not create an account; I expect this to be a very occasional visit.

It would be so much easier if you could email the invoices directly to the policy holder not the employer so I can pay without having to call my hr department every two weeks to get my invoice to pay

Quickbooks Client Wanting to Set up account to pay Vendor Invoice
I have Intuit Online Payroll & Quickbooks. I can't set up a way for vendor to hold my card info because "User is already taken".
You could allow payor to create an alternate ID for this purpose1 vote -
