    If the same merchant keeps sending invoices without clarification, such as dates of services or invoices, then the consumer has no idea what month or service they are paying for. make it mandatory.

    PLEASE include service dates and due dates on emails!!!!

    Send invoice with service date and specific service once the service has been completed
