    There was no place to add a tip. Didn't know that or I would've tipped the driver. Need to add that line item option.

  2. You just did! No fee to pay online. Thanks!

    On the invoice, where the link is to PAY ONLINE, make a statement that says “ no fee”.

  5. Is there a way to email us every time that you have plowed?? :)

    It's easy to forget when it snowed. It would be nice to receive an auto email from you that you were here. If this can't happen I get it.

  8. Don’t overcharge customers and bills will be paid on time. When customer don’t feel overcharged. Which was agreed I was and bill was reduce.

  9. how about a text to my phone . that would be great. less B/S .

    copy of invoice .
    send them to my phone . that away I can either screen shoot & move t a folder on my phone and if I want to ,I can send it to my computer . it might be *** backwards but its my way of doing something cause I know how to do things my way. Im not a computer wizard . or own a copy machine

  10. Don't require extended zip code. Who has that memorized....?

    The form would not go through until I researched what my 4 digit extension is after my 5-digit zip code. This is hard to do when paying from a phone without files nearby.

  13. Don't show past due balance when paying current invoice

    Don't show the past due balance when viewing/paying the current invoice. One invoice should be for one set of charges. The outstanding invoices will show the outstanding balance.

    When paying with banking account information, stop blocking paste in the second account number field.

    When someone uses a password management system or copy-and-paste from a data file, you blocking paste in this field only INTRODUCES the chance of errors
