Easier to track paid invoices
I paid an invoice recently and got a confirmation code. Later I saw the money had not been withdrawn from my bank and the person who billed me had not been paid. I tried to prove I had paid on time but the confirmation code was useless in tracking the transaction. Also I was never notified that something had gone wrong with it and it hadn't gone through.

How about a brag? Payment process was extremely easy and straight forward. Rendered payment in less than ten minutes from receipt!
I'm satisfied with the process.

Mandatory Zip Code Is BS
Don’t DEMAND a zip code, or at least make a POSTAL CODE a bloody OPTION. I had to use my friend’s because I’m Canadian you creeps!

No more 6-digit verification
No more 6-digit verification when payor is already registered online and just wants to pay by signing in.

Site Uses MacBook-saved Credit Card Data but Not Expiration Date
On my MacBook, I can select to fill-in my saved Credit Card into the website fields. Name and account number works but expiration date does not. (Security Code also does not but that is OK, for security reasons.)

Can you put the dates involved in the invoice to stop any confusion
Like 5/18-9 holes, 5/19- 9 holes, 5/20-18 holes, 5/21-9 holes, 5/22-9 holes, 5/23 -9 holes

Identify Invoice # on bank statement
Now simply says Heavenly Clean - Sale - sometimes several invoices come in just days apart, making it difficult to see which has been paid and cleared.
