  2. I thought I had already paid for rush production during the original checkout. Feels like I am paying for rush production twice.

    Bothered that time has been potentially wasted as a result of this process. Had hoped the paddle would have already shipped by now... hopefully it arrives in time, and preserves my confidence for future orders.

  3. Have the invoice total correct so I don't pay partial and then another partial.

    Invoice stated total, which I paid. Then on receipt it said I still owed $5.00 so I paid again. Would have been nice to have the total correct the first time.

  12. It would be more expedient for me to pay through my bank's billpay, where I pay all my other household invoices

  20. allow credit card payment; HATE being forced to provide bank information. Very DANGEROUS.

    make CC payment available. Being forced to pay with bank account info needs to be outlawed. This was for family member; otherwise would seek different merchant.
