  4. You could make the wire transfer info you give actually consistent with what CHASE, THE SAME BANK, REQUIRES

    Have you tried to use the WIRE info you give to actually wire yourself money FROM THE SAME BANK, CHASE? No you haven't, because the bank address you give is not the one that Chase autofills itself, and because Chase REQUIRES your physical address to add you as a wire recipient. Not a good look for accountants.

  7. Tell recipient that if it does not go thru to check their email for a fraud alert!

    put a disclamer on invoice as I could not pay second invoice in a row as it triggered a fraud alert. Frustrated me BIG TIME till I figured it out! Just write if Paying multiple invoices in a row, sometimes triggers fraud alerts and causes it not to go thru,and the error message needs to say WHY! Go ck your email.

  10. The invoice should have a line that says what the payment is for. This should be a required field for the party requesting payment.
